Jeera: 1tsp
Jeera powder:1 tsp
Onion:1 chopped
Green chillies: 2-3 chopped
Capsicum: 1/4 cup chopped
Kaju: 1tbsp (cut to small pieces)
Boiled Rice: 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil/Ghee:1 tsp
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Jeera, Kaju and fry till golden brown
- Add Onions and chillies fry till golden brown
- Add Jeera powder, Capsicum and fry till capsicum is cooked slightly.
- Add Rice and salt and mix thoroughly.
Jeera Rice is ready to be served.
