Spring onions: 1/4 cup chopped
Carrot:1/4 cup chopped
Beans:1/4 cup chopped
Green peas: 1/4 cup chopped
Cabbage:1/4 cup chopped
Capsicum:1/4 cup chopped(Assorted colors)
Onion:1 medium sliced
Greenchillies:2 chopped
Boiled Rice:1 cup
Soya sauce:1 tsp
chill sauce:1tsp
Ajinamoto:1 pinch
Salt to taste
oil:1 tbsp
Procedure
- Heat oil in a Pan. Add onions, greenchillies and fry till golden brown
- Add all vegetables one by one and saute till moisture evaporates and veggies are slightly cooked
- Add salt, ajinomoto and the sauses mix well
- Add rice and mix thoroughly
Veg Fried rice is ready to be served.
Tip: If you are not using fresh/frozen green peas boil them.
