Mixed Veg Raitha

Ingredients:
Carrot: grated 1/4  cup
Cucumber: grated 1/4 cup
Onions: chopped 1 medium
Coriander: 1/4 cup finely chopped
Pudina: 1 tsp finely chopped
Curd: 1cup
Salt to taste

Procedure
  • Beat the curd by adding water
  • Add all the vegetables
  • Add salt and mix well
Raitha is ready to be served. Goes well with Biryani
