Maliza laddus

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour: 2cups
Jaggery/Bellam: 1cup
Ghee:2-3 tsp
Saunf: 2-3 tsp

Procedure:

  • Make Wheat Flour dough for chapathis.
  • Make chapathis and using ghee roast on a hot tawa
  • While the chapathis are hot make small pieces
  • Add mashed Jaggery and saunf mash all ingredients and make laddus
Maliza laddus are ready to be served.

This also a traditional telangana sweet like sadda muddalu and is very tasty and healthy.
