Wheat Flour: 2cups
Jaggery/Bellam: 1cup
Ghee:2-3 tsp
Saunf: 2-3 tsp
Procedure:
- Make Wheat Flour dough for chapathis.
- Make chapathis and using ghee roast on a hot tawa
- While the chapathis are hot make small pieces
- Add mashed Jaggery and saunf mash all ingredients and make laddus
Maliza laddus are ready to be served.
This also a traditional telangana sweet like sadda muddalu and is very tasty and healthy.
